| The "cha" part: grilled pork. The cut you want is something not too lean. In fact, my favorite for the purpose is "shoulder butt"--you didn't know that the shoulder is connected to the butt, did you? At any rate, less than 2 bucks a pound, it's one of the cheapest cuts around. |
